Anyone! You do not need to be an Inspire Software user to have an STX Payments account.
How do I sign-up for STX Payments?
Use the form below to let an STX Payments representative know you are interested in using STX Payments. We will send you a pre-application packet to complete.
How long does it take to sign-up for STX Payments?
Filling out the STX Payments pre-application packet typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
How long does it take to get approval to accept card payments?
Most accounts are auto approved, and we are notified quickly of account approval. Some business may require additional review. In these cases it may take up to 48 hours to approve.
How will I know if I’m approved?
You will receive an email notification that your account is approved and ready to use.
Why is there an application process?
We do not hold any reserves or delay funding for credit and security purposes. We review your account upfront and commit to have your funds deposited the day after processing.
What methods of payments can I accept?
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.), Debit Cards, Cash, Checks, Gift Cards, Online Payments, Appointment Deposits, etc.
How quickly will I get my money?
You will receive a deposit into your bank account each day for the transactions that have processed the previous day. Most credit card payments will be deposited into your account the following morning.
Unlike our competitors who charge a percentage fee for speedy deposit, STX Payments does not penalize you for wanting to be paid in a timely manner.
How much will it cost me to get set up with STX Payments?
There are no set up fees.
What type of Card Readers work with STX Payments?
Our customers have access to high quality card readers including Ingenico, Clover, BBPOS, and Magtek.
Will any Clover Flex and Clover Mini work with STX Payments?
No. The Clover devices must be provisioned directly by STX Payments.
Will Inspire Software work on PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices?
Yes.
Can I lease the card readers from STX Payments?
Yes.
What if I already own a Clover Flex or Clover Mini?
We will provide you credit for your current device and exchange it for a Clover card reader provisioned by STX Payments.
Is it hard to switch if I’m using a different credit card processor?
Not at all, it's very easy! We will help you complete the new application and get everything set up for you. It is even easier when you consider how expensive it is to process with other providers and how much money you will save.
